EuroPassport Eligibility Assessment Form – Terms of Use

By completing and submitting this EuroPassport Eligibility Assessment Form (this “Form”), you hereby agree to that:

Due to the nature of the eligibility assessment, EuroPassport cannot guarantee that it will be able to successfully or correctly complete your eligibility assessment or provide any further services to you, nor can it guarantee that any eligibility assessment will remain valid for any period of time. EuroPassport’s assessment of your eligibility is subject to numerous factors outside of its control, including changes to applicable citizenship and passport laws and the inconsistent application of such laws. EuroPassport will not be liable for any loss of any kind, whether to the Client or to any third party, for its assessment of your eligibility.
If EuroPassport’s performance of its obligations under this Agreement is prevented or delayed by any act or omission by you, EuroPassport shall not be liable for any costs, charges or losses sustained or incurred by you, in each case, to the extent arising directly or indirectly from such prevention or delay.
EuroPassport may collect, retain, use, process, disclose and transfer your personal information in order to complete the assessment. EuroPassport is committed to protecting your privacy, and will:

(a) limit its collection, retention, use, processing, disclosure, transfer and protection of personal information to the purpose of completing the assessment and will do so in compliance with all applicable laws;
(b) not disclose or otherwise make available your personal information to any third party without your prior written consent; provided that EuroPassport may disclose your personal information to its officers, directors, employees, consultants and legal advisors who have a “need to know”, who have been apprised of this restriction;
(c) promptly comply with any request or instruction by you requiring EuroPassport to amend, transfer or delete your personal information, or to stop, mitigate or remedy any use thereof, subject to EuroPassport’s records retention requirements under applicable law;
(d) maintain policies, programs and procedures that are commercially reasonable to protect the confidentiality, integrity and security of your personal information in its possession, custody or control against unauthorized access, use, modification, disclosure or other misuse; and
(e) promptly notify you if it becomes aware of any loss or unauthorized disclosure of any of any of your personal information.

Notwithstanding the above, EuroPassport may also disclose your personal information:
(a) to comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request, in accordance with applicable law;
(b) to enforce or apply the terms of this Form; or
(c) if EuroPassport believes disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of EuroPassport, its customers, or others.
