EuroPassport Eligibility Assessment Questionnaire – Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in EuroPassport. We would be happy to assess your citizenship eligibility for a European country citizenship by ancestry. While submitting your eligibility questionnaire please consider the following:

  • Our team will take a thorough look at the information you provided to us and based on that will do an assessment to know if you qualify to obtain citizenship in the country of your choice; this assessment just covers one country; if you want to get assessed for another country, you can let us know and we will bill you the additional country separately;
  • If needed, EuroPassport will contact you if additional information is required, to better understand the possibilities of reclaiming the requested citizenship;
  • EuroPassport is not responsible for changes in the citizenship laws of countries that might affect your case;
  • You will receive a response from EuroPassport within 14-28 business days of your application; in some cases, if the lawyer is away from the office, it may take longer; you will get notified if this is the case;
  • In the Eligibility Questionnaire, we are providing you space for up to 4 ancestors; please write down the information of the direct relatives who emigrated from Europe (i.e. parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, etc.);
  • Please answer these questions as completely and accurately as possible, and with the most complete information that you can provide; all these questions are relevant to assess European countries’ citizenship by ancestry and this questionnaire has been developed together with the input of our network of immigration lawyers in Europe;
  • Please attach all the proof of citizenship of your ancestors which you have available, which may include birth, death, marriage and divorce certificates, passports, internal passports, army draft cards, naturalization documents, etc. We suggest you ask family members for information and documents; you may be surprised how much you can find just by asking;
  • The assessment has the capability of saving the information you already inputted, and you will be able to continue later;
  • If the lawyer needs more documents to be able to complete the assessment, we will contact you and let you know; EuroPassport offers the search of archives and ancestry origin in every European country for a fee;
  • The outcome of the Eligibility Assessment can be positive if you qualify for citizenship by descent and negative, if you do not qualify for any European country citizenship by descent;
  •  You will be able to save the already-answered part of your ancestry by clicking on the save button at the end of the questionnaire and then retrieving the link in your email;
  • If you decide to go ahead and process your citizenship with EuroPassport after a positive outcome, this amount will be deducted from your final quote;
  • Once you submit your form, you will have an opportunity to pay, you just need to click on the “Pay Here” link.
  • Once this Eligibility Assessment is sent and paid, there are no refunds. The assessment will be received by our lawyer in Europe and paid upfront so we do not offer refunds, whether the assessment has a positive or negative outcome.
  • Additional applicants have to be related in direct line, such as siblings, parents, children, and grandparents. Spouses and non-direct family members (i.e. cousins, uncles, etc.) will need to fill out a separate assessment.
